I am affirming of queer, non-monogamous, and kinky clients. I am affirming of clients' personal values related to their faith, wherever they are on the spectrum of belief. Whatever you are currently facing, I want to welcome you into a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore and progress.

I provide a secular approach and am skilled in utilizing EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP, Mind-Body Bridging, and Mindfulness. The type of therapy people need in order to heal is as individual as they are. We can work together to find which methods are right for you.

I am a white, cisgender, bisexual, post-LDS, secular woman. I was born and raised in Utah and have 3 sisters, who I am very close to. I have a spouse and 2 dogs who I adore. I love to spend time with family and friends, travel, and enjoy the beauty of Utah through biking, hiking, and skiing.
